  1. I think that for us to be a sucessful entrepreneur, we need to think out-of-the-box but, we also must constrain ourself and don't not think too much until we think out of the second box. For us to achieve in something, we must be passionate in the thing we want to achieve and never give up.

  2. I have learnt that to be successful, you do not necessarily have to be a good student. All you need is passion and motivation. Without motivation, you will get nowhere in life because you will not have something to strive for and you will be easily satisfied.

  4. I feel that we should or can be more innovative by thinking out of the box but still knowing that we are not able to compromise everything. When we do stuff,it must be meaningful so that you can sustain your passion to keep persevering and eventually finishing the job.

  11. The talk was quite inspirational, and it was quite interesting too.It is pretty sensational as he talk about how he got his motivation to invent. And I remembered during the Q&A session. He told us that he had no encouragement to rely on,he depended on his own.He created his own motivation,it is himself.Furthermore,he got his funds from himself.

  13. I think that all of us should be smashing our own assumptions.Only by then,we would be able to think correctly, think of more ideas we expected.Only by then,we would be able to learn, think and understand like a real entrepreneur.

  14. Mr Chia is a very inspiring person. I learned that i should set a vision and work towards it. I also learn i should smash assumtions and think out of the box, just out of the first box(assumtions) but not out the the second(reality) He also said that in NS, they push you to your limits, the limit you think is your limit might not be the best you can do.When we are working towards something, we should have passion and progress if not you will not acheive anything.

  15. I learnt that we must persevere and push our limits to do achieve what we can do. We also need to think out of the box but not think blindly out of the box. We must have a motivation when we do something so we can achieve what we want to do

  16. Mr Chia is a very inspiring person and I especially learned how to innovate effectively from the "think out of the box" example. He said that we have to smash out our limitations or assumptions to achieve something that at first seems impossible. We must also have a vision in life to do something well.

  17. I think that is a person full of wisdom. He is exactly what I want to be went I grow up. He taught us to think out of the box, but out of the second box as that box is the box of constrain. He is a respectable man and I admire him a lot.

  18. I think that all of us should be thinking out of the box of assumption, smashing assumption we have. But not out of the box of constrains (keeping it in reality). We should have passion for the thing we want to invent and should not give up half way. To succeed in something we have to overcome obstacles.

  19. I think that to do well in anything that you do, we need to have a good and right attitude towards it and must not be so 'straight forward' towards situations.

  20. I think that Mr. Chia's talk was meaningful and has it's own form of wisdom of the world. I was able to relate myself and think more of my future in more detail. He talk to us that we can think out of the box but it still it's limits and obstacles. The second box, the box of constrain, is the limit for us after we think out of the box. He is a respectable person who views life in his own ways. He is a good role model to follow.

  21. I think that he is a courageous person. Even though he does not have support from his parents, he did not give up and becomes a successful inventor and entrepreneur.
No matter what we do, we must reach for our limits and never give up. Thinking out of the box will help us think of a whole lot of ideas and ways to improve the world. New inventions will make the world a much better place to live in.

  24. I felt that his speech was very inspiring. I liked the part of his speech on thinking out of the box but in the box of constraints. He thinks differently from other people but not out of point.
